The Platform is not available to users in Restricted Territories. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. x1111 reserves the right to update its list of Restricted Territories at any time without prior notice.
You confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any court order, regulatory direction or other legal restriction applicable to you personally.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any of the information you have provided changes.
x1111 operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to provide government-issued photographic identity documents, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of the source of funds deposited into your Account. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
x1111 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to suspend an Account pending verification at any time if we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, or if the registration does not comply with these Terms or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password and any other authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. x1111 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
You must notify x1111 immediately through the Help Center if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, x1111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your Account, Account Balance or any accrued benefits to any third party.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the x1111 cashier. Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for context on this Platform. Such references do not constitute an endorsement by, affiliation with or confirmation of gambling support by those payment providers. Actual deposit availability is determined solely by the operator and may vary.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they, or any winnings derived therefrom, may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
x1111 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel bonuses and any winnings generated therefrom where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated software to place bets, exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other users.

x1111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages and third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x1111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational harm.
x1111 accepts no liability for the outcomes of any bets or wagers placed on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and no Platform communication constitutes a guarantee of any particular outcome. Winnings displayed as pending are subject to settlement verification and may be adjusted or voided where the Platform determines that an error occurred.
x1111 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, payment provider outages or natural disasters.
x1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) we have reason to suspect fraudulent, criminal or dishonest conduct; (c) required KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable period; or (d) the Account is subject to a regulatory or legal investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the x1111 Help Center. On closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via a payment method agreed at the time of closure, subject to completed KYC verification.
Upon termination or closure of an Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules. x1111 retains the right to preserve transaction records for the periods required by applicable law and its licensing obligations.
x1111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of change where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which x1111's applicable licence is issued. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent under x1111's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
